Skills II ($180.00): Designed to meet the needs of the intermediate to advanced volleyball player with an understanding of the game and a basic in intermediate foundation of skill developement. Recommended for players entering 8th-12th grade. Campers will be ability grouped according to experience and level of play.
Every Skills II camp is divided into compatible smaller groups of like age and / or ability. Each small group is then assigned a head coach and an assistant coach. Every camp is managed by a minimum of two camp directors to insure teaching consistency and professional organization.
Skills II camps will train you in a variety of ways:
1. Individually and in partners
2. Station work for breakdown of individual techniques
3. One on one for help in trouble areas
4. Group drills, self directed and coach directed
5. Team Systeams in a 6 on 6 format
6. Competitions
